Fertility treatment for patients living in Devon, Dorset and Cornwall
Worried about fertility?
You’re not alone. It may be a good time to talk. Fertility problems affect one in six couples in the UK.
We offer expert fertility advice, investigations and check-ups for assisted conception treatment to patients from around the country.
We do it all whether your fertility treatment is available through the NHS or you’re self-funding, or you need to spread your payments.
You may be eligible for funding from the NHS.
NHS funding for fertility treatment varies throughout the country, according to your GP practice, with access criteria being determined by the local Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) your GP practice is governed by.
You can choose where you’d prefer to receive your fertility treatment on the NHS if you have not already started your treatment. The chosen clinic needs to be in England. You can ask your GP to refer you to Bath Fertility.
Devon CCG offers one full cycle of treatment which means one fresh and one frozen cycle, if applicable or three cycles of IUI/donor insemination. Embryo freezing, if applicable, is included plus the 1st year’s storage.
Dorset CCG offers one full cycle of treatment, if applicable or three cycles of IUI/donor insemination. Embryo freezing, if applicable, is included plus the 1st year’s storage.
Cornwall CCG offers one full cycle of treatment which means one fresh and one frozen cycle, if applicable plus DI or four cycles of IUI. Embryo freezing, if applicable, is included plus the 1st year’s storage
GP practices throughout England fall into regions, each managed by a regional CCG
Cost saving options for fertility treatment
If you are not eligible for NHS funding, we’ve developed a range of cost saving options depending on your age and situation.
For example, if you qualify, there’s a money back guarantee, a financing programme or even treatment with much lower costs, if you decide to donate some of your eggs.
